Rules that protect customers, property vendors, suppliers, the public, and Revo from unlawful content, privacy breaches, spam, security abuse, and unsafe automation.
Last updated 31 Aug 2026
Account and access security
Users must use only their own invitation and account, keep authentication methods and integration credentials private, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
Credential sharing, credential harvesting, access brokering, bypassing role or tenant controls, and attempting to access another customer's information are prohibited.
Lawful and accurate marketing
Users must not upload, generate, approve, publish, or order content that is unlawful, false, misleading, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, unsafe, or outside their authority.
Property descriptions, prices, availability, claims, disclaimers, photographs, floorplans, vendor instructions, agency details, and advertising disclosures must be checked by an authorised person before publication or production.
Privacy and personal information
Users may handle personal information only for an authorised property marketing, administration, billing, supplier, or support purpose and in accordance with applicable privacy law and customer policy.
Do not upload sensitive information, identity documents, payment card details, passwords, or unrelated contact lists unless Revo has expressly approved the use and the customer is authorised by law to handle it.
Commercial messages and tracking
Revo must not be used to send spam or messages without the consent, accurate sender identity and current contact details, and functional unsubscribe facility required by the Spam Act 2003. Unsubscribe requests must be honoured within five working days.
Users must not add hidden tracking, pixels, scripts, or audience collection to customer content unless the customer has approved it and all required privacy notices and choices are in place.
AI and automation
Users must review AI-assisted output before relying on it and must not represent generated content as verified fact without checking it against the listing and approved source material.
Automated scraping, bulk extraction, model probing, prompt injection intended to expose protected information, excessive automated requests, and attempts to circumvent usage or safety limits are prohibited.
Security and service abuse
Users must not introduce malware, scan or test systems without written permission, interfere with service availability, evade controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Revo to attack another system.
Users must not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, payment abuse, unauthorised resale, or conduct that could harm a customer, supplier, property vendor, the public, or Revo.
Suppliers, portals, and advertising platforms
Users may submit only authorised jobs, accurate delivery details, approved creative, and compliant listing material to suppliers, portals, and advertising services.
Customers must maintain valid provider credentials, follow each provider's terms, and review quotes, proofs, audience settings, budgets, and final destinations before confirming work.
Enforcement and reporting
Revo may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend access, preserve evidence, or notify the customer where reasonably necessary to investigate or stop a breach, protect people or systems, comply with law, or enforce the customer agreement.
Unless urgent risk or law prevents it, Revo will tell the customer why enforcement action was taken and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond or request a review.
To report suspected abuse or security concerns, email hello@revo.net.au with the affected account or workflow and enough detail to investigate safely. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information.
